“Our 3 month old kittens have had wonderful care from the team at Pontefract (so has their slightly nervous and mildly neurotic cat mum), so far we’ve experienced vaccinations, microchipping and care advice. No visit to the vets in 2020 is like anything you’ve experienced for a long time (lots of us had small pets during the foot and mouth outbreak, and remember that we had to adjust to a new norm if your vet also dealt with livestock). So make sure you understand the rules before you go and expect waiting times to take a little longer than normal as your not in with your pet and info has to be passed before their treatment takes place. I’m sure this must slow things down a little. The process of notifying them of your arrival and them treating your pet is very straightforward. Kind helpful team. Happy kittens.
